心电图运动试验(EET)是心脏负荷试验的一种,通过运动给心脏以负荷,诱发心肌缺血,以心电图机记录缺血改变。其它负荷方法尚有药物如双嘧达奠(潘生丁)等及心脏起搏。观察心肌缺血的方法除心电图外,尚有超声心动图、放射性核素心肌灌注显像、放射性核素心血管造影等。不同负荷方法可和不同观察指标作不同的组合,故负荷试验种类繁多。但EET由于设备较简单,积累了丰富经验,仍为广泛应用的试验。
Electrocardiogram exercise test (EET) is a kind of heart load test, the exercise to the heart to load, induced myocardial ischemia, electrocardiogram machine to record ischemia changes. Other load methods are still drugs such as dipyridamole (dipyridamole), etc. and cardiac pacing.
