目的用大鼠皮肤致敏模型研究用雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)供体预处理对移植心脏成活的影响。方法SD大鼠作供体,Wistar大鼠作受体,A、B两组所有受体在心脏移植前均先用供体皮肤致敏,A组作单纯心脏移植,B组作经供体预处理后的供心移植,C组在单纯心脏移植前不作致敏处理。结果在细胞和体液免疫均较强的内环境中,B组移植供心成活时间均较其相应的对照组A组明显延长。结论TⅡ供体预处理能明显延长移植供心成活时间,该法简单实用,对降低术后免疫抑制剂用量及毒副作用有一定的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of pretreatment with TII on the survival of transplanted hearts using a rat skin sensitization model. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were used as donors and Wistar rats were used as recipients. All recipients of group A and B were sensitized with donor skin before heart transplantation. Group A was used for cardiac transplantation, and group B was treated with donors. After treatment for cardiac transplantation, group C was not sensitized before heart transplantation alone. Results In the internal environment with strong cell and humoral immunity, the survival time of transplantation group B in the group B was significantly longer than that in the corresponding control group A group. Conclusion TII donor pretreatment can significantly prolong the survival time of transplantation. This method is simple and practical. It has certain significance for reducing the dosage of immunosuppressive agents and side effects.
