乐业县夏福村:便民值班日就是好“便民值班日就是好!”这是乐业县甘田镇夏福村村民眼下谈论最多的热门话题。为方便村民办事,让村干部更贴近村民,夏福村每逢圩日都实行村干部便民办事值班日。村民来到村委会办公室,一进门就看到村干部准时在岗在位各自履行值班任务。一圩日早上9时许,村民冉六来到村办公室,向值班干部反映他家和邻居家发生的土地纠纷,要求干部派人去处理协调。值班干部边听边认真做好笔录,并当场承诺定好时间上门去解决处理问题。据介绍,夏福村建立值班日制度后,已有10多位村民来办公室专访和委托干部办事,他们的问题都很快得到及时解决。因此,夏福村民对这个能及时为民解难的“便民值班日”津津乐道。(黄运行)
