目的了解苯系物(苯、甲苯及二甲苯)在深圳市宝安区各类企业中的使用情况及相关人员的健康状况,为苯系物急慢性中毒提供现场依据。方法收集2006—2009年度深圳市宝安区基本职业卫生服务现场职业病危害因素监测数据及健康检查资料,对相关企业苯系物的危害情况及危害特点进行统计分析。结果有60.4%的企业使用了苯系物,构成比最高的两类企业分别是电子类企业(29.6%)和五金类企业(22.9%),喷油位、印刷位、调漆位、粘胶位、清洗位是接触苯系物最多的岗位。结论电子、五金等企业存在使用苯系物的情况,相关工作岗位应加强苯系物中毒预防工作。
Objective To understand the use of benzene series (benzene, toluene and xylene) in all kinds of enterprises in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City and the health status of related personnel so as to provide a field basis for acute and chronic benzene poisoning. Methods The monitoring data and health examination data of occupational hazards at the basic occupational health service site in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City during 2006-2009 were collected and the hazard and harm characteristics of the related products were statistically analyzed. As a result, 60.4% of the enterprises used benzene series, the highest ratio of the two types of enterprises are electronic (29.6%) and hardware (22.9%), fuel injection, printing, paint transfer, glue Bit, cleaning bit is the most contact with benzene benzene positions. Conclusions The use of benzene series substances in enterprises such as electronics and hardware exist. The relevant work positions should be strengthened to prevent benzene series poisoning.
