高校图书馆如何发挥情报职能,更好地为教学、科研服务,近年来许多图书馆不断探讨此问题,下面谈谈我们的具体做法和体会。 一、基本情况 我馆于1986年组建了文献检索室,陆续配备了具有一定专业知识,外语水平及文献检索技能的工作人员,订有近200种中、外文检索工具刊和多种参考工具书。4年来,我们完成17项专题情报服务,搜集、整理中、外文题录2400余条,提供原始文献150余篇,翻译外文题录及文摘近500条,并编写了两本专题文献题录。
How to play the intelligence function of the university library and to better serve the teaching and scientific research, many libraries in recent years continue to explore this issue, let’s talk about our specific practices and experience. I. Basic Information Our library set up a document retrieval room in 1986, and successively equipped staffs with some professional knowledge, foreign language proficiency and document retrieval skills. There are nearly 200 kinds of Chinese and foreign language search tools and various reference tools . Over the past four years, we have completed 17 special information services, collected and collated more than 2,400 Chinese and English bibliographies, provided more than 150 original documents, translated nearly 500 foreign bibliographies and abstracts, and compiled two bibliographic references.
