晚近,植物神经病变已多被视为糖尿病的并发症之一,本病起病隐匿,进展缓慢,且可出现于糖尿病症状之前,故易被忽略。我科最近误诊1例糖尿病合并植物神经病变,为了总结经验,汲取教训,现报告于后:患某,女,36岁,已婚,农民,住院号820086,1982年1月18日入院。忠者于一年半前出现烦渴多饮,每日可饮2—3暖瓶水,尿量增多,无易饥饿感,逐渐消瘦.未就医,半年前出现间断腹泻,每日排便5—6次,黄稀便,并有腹泻与便秘交替出现。伴有盗汗。半个月前出现尿频、尿急、尿痛,每次尿量少,并在下腹部发现儿头大肿物,曾被某院诊断“卵巢囊肿”转我院治疗,否认家族中有糖尿病患者。查体脉搏102次/分,呼吸、血压、体温正常。神清,消瘦,面色苍白,头发枯燥,无白内障体征。心肺未见异常。腹软,肝脾肋下
