设置表面保护层是防止混凝土表面裂缝的有效措施之一。本文介绍了设置表面保护层的原理、常用保护层材料的热学性能指标、以及国内外一些工程在确定保护层厚度时有关参数的取值经验等,并对如何选择保护层材料提出了几点粗浅的看法。众所周知,大体积混凝土坝,最容易发生温度裂缝,在这种裂缝中,表面裂缝占绝大多数。当表面裂缝位于基础部位,若处理不当,常会发展成贯穿裂缝。所以防止表面裂缝至关重要。表面裂缝主要因寒潮降温形成内表温差,使得混凝土的温度变形大于它的极限拉伸值引起的。因此防止表面裂缝发生的有效办法是加强表面保护。表面保护材料的选择是表面保护措施中重要的一环,本文就这个问题作了一些研究,供实际应用参考。
Setting the surface protection layer is one of the effective measures to prevent the concrete surface from cracking. This paper introduces the principle of setting the surface protection layer, the thermal performance index of common protective layer materials, the experience of some parameters at home and abroad in determining the thickness of the protective layer, and how to choose the protective layer material the opinion of. As we all know, mass concrete dam, the most prone to temperature cracks, cracks in such cracks, the vast majority of surface cracks. When the surface cracks in the basic parts, if not properly handled, often developed into cracks throughout. So to prevent surface cracks is crucial. Surface cracks mainly due to the formation of internal temperature difference between the cold and cool down, making the temperature deformation of concrete is greater than its ultimate tensile value caused. Therefore, an effective way to prevent the occurrence of surface cracks is to strengthen the surface protection. The choice of surface protection materials is an important part of the surface protection measures, this paper made some research on this issue for practical application.
