该文在分析国内外农用地分等定级研究的基础上,通过对重庆市近郊丘陵区土地资源利用特点的详细介绍,引入国际上通用的持续土地利用管理的五大原则的基本框架,运用特尔斐法对所选指标进行多轮取舍,结合层次分析法、"推动力—状态—反应"法等数学方法,以重庆市典型的近郊丘陵县——壁山县为体系论证样点进行体系论证,就重庆市近郊丘陵区农用地分等定级指标体系作以研究,以期对重庆市乃至南方丘陵地带农用地分等定级工作的开展有所裨益.
