The textile manufacturingprocesses involve large consumption of water which will generatewaste at the end or as a by-product. The major problem with regard to water usage is the untreated effluents which are discharged directly into nearby water bodies. Environmental pollution risk analysis and risk managementin textile industry is vital in order to prevent chemical disaster which may lead to terribleresults. It is also important to maintain production level at the same time.
  This paper aims toidentify and analyze the water management due to water in a textile industry and steps to reduce the risk which arises due towater pollution.This paper also discuss the need to establish effective waste water management system and how this may be achieved aseconomically as possible.Current water policies fail to adequately address water use and pricing issue. This study concentrates on industry perspective questionnaires method,the research calculateProportion of Chinas textile industry in all industries water use in China in the year2000 to 2014 over 15years & Proportion of Chinas textile industry in all industries wastewater and COD emissions in China in the year 2000 to 2014 over 15 yearsnext we calculate water use in the industry during specific year plan from 1988 to 2012.Understanding the interactions of industry & water policies is crucial for achieving efficient management of water resources.
  Thispaper analyses current water withdrawals and consumption forChina,Japan,Bangladesh,UK,USA and assesses the water pricingwith the industrial water policy under different scenarios,considering potential future policy.It is therefore,an imperative for policy makers to coordinate their activities in such a way that adequate supply of water is provided and efficient use of it is made and to respond quickly and timely to the structural changes of theeconomyand to prevent awatercrisis in the country. Water is a key prerequisite for human and economic development,and for maintaining ecosystems. Poor governance and inadequate investment,however,are resulting in large populations not having access to the water services they need. Failure to manage water resources effectively is also resulting in increased pressure on these resources,mounting competition for their use amongdifferent economic activities,and,in some regions,conflict. Major economic benefits potentially accrue from improved water resource management and water services,especially for agriculture & industry. In addition,the implementation of effective waterpolicies is often hindered by political and public opposition to increasing the price of water,which impinges on the establishment of effective financing arrangements and efficient system performance. Thus realizing the benefits of improved water policies requires not only more finance,but also improved governance of the sector,as well as effective strategies that can overcome the vested interests and opposition that often block reform. Effective communication of fact-based analysis can contribute to informed policy debates and transparent decision-making. Falling ground-water tables and disruption of surface-water deliveries to important industrial and agricultural regions have provoked concern that a more dramatic crisis is looming unless effective water conservation policies can be put into place rapidly. Only water management policies may serve to bring about more effective water conservation.
  The paper presents ways to redesign water policy in thetextileindustry by proposed new policy. The purposeof this paper is to undertake a detailed analysis of the uses of water in the industry in order to understand this potential policy conflict. The paper aims to illustrate appropriate policy direction and management practices.

该文针对影响发电机内冷水系统腐蚀和水质的主要因素是CO和溶解O,进行了离子交换缓释微碱化法和二氧化碳吸收法试验研究,分别对内冷水溶解的CO和空气中的CO控制进行了试验研究,对氧化还原树脂除氧技术进行了初步探索,研究结果表明:(1)由Na型阳离子树脂和OH型阴离子树脂按一定的比例混合组成的小交换柱,能将发电机内冷水的pH值由平均为6.46提高到平均值为7.90,处于铜的微碱化防腐最佳pH范围内.(2
