目的分析大连地区无偿献血者延期献血原因,指导街头工作人员与献血者面对面无偿献血宣传、招募工作方向。方法1)街头采血工作人员在唐山SHINOW9.0系统中,分类录入献血者延期献血的原因;2)使用SHINOW9.0查询、统计献血者延期献血原因数据;3)使用EXCEL2003分析数据。结果1)自2012年1月1日～7月31日,大连地区无偿献血者暂缓献血原因ALT异常居首位;其次是脂肪血;再次是Hb不符合。也就是说阻碍献血者献血的主要因素是献血者不良好的生活习惯或者是其不规律的生活。
Objective To analyze the causes of delayed blood donation in unpaid blood donors in Dalian and to guide the street workers and blood donors to face to face blood donation and publicity to recruit work directions. Methods 1) Street blood collection staff in Tangshan SHINOW9.0 system, the classification of blood donors postponed blood donation causes; 2) using SHINOW9.0 query statistics blood donors delay blood donation data; 3) the use of EXCEL2003 analysis of data. Results 1) From January 1 to July 31, 2012, the cause of postponed donation of blood donors in Dalian was the top of ALT abnormalities, followed by fat blood, and again Hb non-compliance. In other words, the main factor that hinders blood donation is blood donors’ bad habits or their irregular life.
