目的探讨大连市血液中心的招募策略,保证大连市临床日益增长的用血需求。方法1)分析2011年以前的采血工作数据、制定2012年工作目标。2012年工作目标:增加年轻人的献血比率;增加1年2次献血者数。2)采取以下措施实现目标:①利用计算机系统招募登记本次献血未成功的献血者,等到暂缓期满后系统自动提醒其前来再次献血,预约本次成功献血的献血者下一次献血时间;②针对年轻群体作献血工作;③优化献血环境、提供优质服务;④用心照顾第1次献血者;⑤实行积分策略,按积分对献血者进行星级分类,发放星级纪念章;⑥广泛作献血宣传工作。
Objective To explore the strategy of recruiting blood center in Dalian to ensure that the clinical use of blood in Dalian is increasing. Method 1) Analyze blood collection work data before 2011 and set the 2012 work target. Work targets for 2012: Increase the blood donation rate of young people; Increase the number of blood donors twice a year. 2) Take the following measures to achieve the goal: ① Use computer system to recruit and register donors who did not succeed in blood donation. After the expiration of the suspension, the system will automatically remind them to donate blood again to reserve the next donation time of blood donors for this successful donation; ② blood donation for young people work; ③ optimize the blood donation environment, providing quality services; ④ heart care for the first blood donors; ⑤ implementation of integration strategies, according to the points of blood donors star classification, issue star medal; ⑥ extensive blood donation advertising.
