在献血者的接待工作中,工作人员直接接触到的是献血者在无偿献血过程中的心理变化而产生的行为表现.献血者心理受到外界因素和献血者个人因素的影响,不同的献血者在不同的献血环境中会产生不同的献血心理,也就会引发不同的献血行为。我们对影响献血心理及行为的献血者个人因素的角度,对献血者心理活动过程进行分析。
