The documents about schistosomiasis of prostate are rare and most of them are case reports of concomitant prostatic schistosomiasis and adenocarcinoma.Here we report a case of schistosomiasis japonica of the prostate,in which the immunophenotying expression of individual glandular tubes were atypical.Whether the infection of schistosomiasis contributed to this kind of lesion is unknown.
