基于模型修正的螺栓连接型印制板动力学建模方法研究

印制电路板的振动问题在航空航天领域一直是关注的焦点.为提高印制电路板组件的抗振性能,航天领域多采用螺栓紧固方式,将印制板与加强筋连接加固.通过有限元仿真来研究螺栓紧固型结构的模态是一种比较有效的方法.但是,此法需要对螺栓连接中存在的非线性行为进行简化处理,才能确保仿真模型的精确度.由于螺栓连接中存在的摩擦、螺栓预紧力以及接触等非线性因素并不能通过目前的商业有限元软件进行直接处理,因此给印制电路板仿真带来了困难.
