To manage the low-frequency vibration and noise radiation problem of the surface warship, this paper studied the vibration and sound radiation property and the structure-acoustic optimization method of a plate with bidiractional stiffeners.The plate, excited with multiple excitations, was reforced with non-uniform and inhomogeneous stiffeners.
