Recently, the Finite Element Tearing and Interconnecting-Local algorithm proposed by Bauchau is extended to improve the computational efficiency of dynamic simulation of flexible multibody systems based on domain decomposition approach.However, with increasing the number of subdomains, the size of interface problem may pose a computational bottle-neck.
