流感病毒分子演化模拟

不论是每年的季节性流感还是新发性感染人的禽流感都给人类造成巨大经济损失和人员死亡.流感病毒变异快,因此新发性和突发性流感给各国的流感监测和防控体系带来了巨大压力.随着测序技术的发展,对于流感病毒序列数据的获取变得越来越快捷和方便.如果能够直接从流感病毒的序列数据出发,通过计算模拟的方法,分析其演化规律,那么对于流感溯源以及推荐出合适的疫苗株都有非常重要的意义.
