Explosion loading is one of the loadings of warship structural under anti-ship missile,its priority to decrease the response of structure under explosive loading.Optimal design of square hole honeycomb sandwich plate by orthogonal test under explosion loading inside closed cabin was done.The response of square hole honeycomb sandwich plate with or without hyperelastic material inside under explosion loading inside closed cabin were computed by non-linear numerical method.The acceleration,velocity and deformation response of of square hole honeycomb sandwich plate with or without hyperelastic material were analyzed.Sandwich plate has low response under explosion loading with hyperelastic material inside,the sandwich plate with hyperelastic material laid on face panel has better anti-shock capability.Sandwich plate have long oscillating period and low relative deformation between front panel and back panel with thicker hyperelastic material layer inside.
