Dynamics of tumour growth is a complex phenomenon.Interactions of the cancer cells with the immune cells and the healthy tissue cells may yield different outcomes such as uncontrolled growth of the tumour cells.converging to a tumour-free state and tumour dormancy (a state in the evolution of cancer in which they seem to be not growing or grow very slowly for a period of time). Some mathematical models have been proposed to explain the dynamics of tumour growth [2,3,4].These models are, in general, autonomous nonlinear systems governed by ordinary differential equations (ODEs).
