结直肠术后患者的胃肠道功能恢复与患者的生存质量息息相关,快速康复外科的理念自引进我国以来就被广泛推崇与应用,取得了较为显著的效果.但针对不同个体所选择的不同护理方案仍待进一步研究与循证,从而提高护理方案的个性化程度,基于中医的护理措施已在临床上证实切实有效,但其具体的机制探讨仍不明确,在临床上的应用仍有待进一步的研究.
