慢性肾炎及肾病综合征是免疫性肾小球疾病。但本病的T、B细胞功能状态及其相互关系,特别是Ts、T_H细胞功能尚有许多问题待研究。作者通过刀豆素A(Con-A)及PHA体外淋巴细胞转化率、抗体及补体的测定以探索本病的免疫功能及其在发病中的作用。
Chronic nephritis and nephrotic syndrome are immune glomerular diseases. But the disease T, B cell function status and its relationship, especially Ts, T_H cell function, there are still many problems to be studied. The authors explored the immune function and its role in the pathogenesis of this disease through the determination of ConA and PHA in vitro lymphocyte transformation, antibodies and complement.
