自1976年Cathcart报道大剂量激素冲击疗法治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)后,我国李惠群、施曼珠等相继有相似报道。本文对我院1984～1986年慢性肾炎(肾病型)患者69例随机分组,进行地塞米松诱导治疗与常规剂量强的松治疗效果比较,报告如下:
