Atmospheric-pressure dc glow discharge with liquid electrode is one of the simple methods to obtain a stable plasma-liquid interface[1].This system is also considered as glow discharge electrolysis at atmospheric-pressure.In this system,the liquid-phase reacction is initiated at plasma-liquid interface by the charged and neutral species from the glow discharge.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the transport of charged and neutral species both in gas and in liquid for the better understanding of the liquid-phase reaction in glow discharge electrolysis.
