The atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is created between two cylindrical containers which are both filled with salt water solution,and two parallel glass plates with the thickness of 2 mm serve as the dielectric layers.Due to the use of liquid electrodes,the photographs from the front view are used to judge the uniformity of the discharge.The DBD plasma is driven by high-voltage pulses of up to 35 kV,the rise time of 40 ns,and the full width at half maximum of 200 ns.
