　　One of the best-characterized CD8+ regulatory T cells are CD8+CD122+regulatory T cells that were proved to play important roles in maintaining the immune homeostasis.However, CD8+CD 122+ cells also contain a considerable percentage of memory T cells.Therefore, some marker(s) to distinguish regulatory T cells from memory T cells are needed.We found that CD49d, the *3f-chain of integrin, can separate CD8+CD122+ cells into two populations (CD49d-and CD49d+).
