Top-grafting system is a special pear production in Taiwan.Using the shoots beard from the mother trees planted in the high altitude as the scions is a developing technique to increase the scion source.The scions from the high-land orchards develop from April to December, but in the meantime the different cultivars of pear fruits by top-grafting also develop on the mother trees.
