Mathieu Subspaces of Matrix Algebras

　　We study Mathieu subspaces of small codimension of the n-dimensional matrix algebra over the field K.Our main result is the classification of Mathieu subspaces of codimension less than n,under the assumption that(n-1)! is nonzero in K.
