Background Percutaneous coronary intervention is an important approach for coronary heart disease. But fibrotics andcalcified plagues are hard to pass through or undilatable with the present balloon technology. So rotational atherectomy becomes the first choice for fibrotics and calcified plagues. The aim of this study is to evaluate short-term efficiency of rotational atherectomy followed by drug-eluting stents for heavily calcified coronary lesions.
