目的 心肌梗死后的细胞移植治疗是目前新兴的研究热点.第一代细胞移植治疗是采用未经处理的骨髓来源的间充质干细胞(BMSCs)直接治疗心肌梗死,心肌再生能力低而疗效不确切.随着心脏干/祖细胞在心肌再生中的作用日益得到重视,人们分离培养心脏干细胞,或者将BMSCs在细胞因子的作用下生成心脏谱系的干细胞作为第二代移植细胞,用于心梗后的细胞治疗,但生成的心脏干细胞数量有限,不易大量扩增用于临床.
