丹参注射液减缓心肌梗死后大鼠心功能障碍和心室重构的实验研究

目的 探讨丹参注射液(Danshen Injection,DSI)对急性心肌梗死后大鼠心室重构和心功能障碍的作用.方法 采用240±20 g SD大鼠,通过冠状动脉左前降支结扎复制心肌梗死模型,假手术组只开胸穿线不结扎.超声评价模型,将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、缬沙坦组和丹参注射液组,假手术组及模型组生理盐水灌胃10 ml/kg/d,DSI组肌肉注射丹参注射液1.5 ml/kg/d,缬沙坦组灌胃缬沙坦10 mg/kg/d.给药14天后,超声观察各组大鼠心脏形态学变化,采用压力容积导管系统评价血流动力学变化及组织病理学观察病理变化.
