With its rapid growth, China and its economy has become a hot topic among many domestic and foreign entities.The competition within the Chinese market has become intense, particularly for high-tech, cutting-edge entities specializing in Intellectual Property.These companies, including those developing clean technologies, not only want to enter the Chinese market but also want to know how their IP will be protected in China.This presentation will focus on IP protection in China,with a special emphasis on patent protection, and will be helpful for both new and existing companies in China on learning the rules of IP protection.Topics will include the importance of patent protection for clean technologies, the different channels for patent enforcement, how exclusive licenses affect joint ventures, Chinas incentive policy for patent filings, and more.
