Objective To explore clinical application of using 6 kinds of pedicle flaps to repair soft tissue defects of hands.Methods From January 2005 to January 2008,6 kinds of pedicle flaps had been used to repair 78 cases of hands and fingers tissue defect,including 26 flaps of dorsal interosseous artery island,15 flaps of arteria ulnaris whist superior branch,10 flaps of ficial branch of radial nerve,9 flaps of the dorsal carpal branch of radial artery,6 flaps of dorsal metacarpal artery and 12 island flaps of dorsal branches of the digital proper artery.
