本文结合临床病例，探讨了吻合血管的骨移植在感染性长骨缺损修复中的临床应用方法与应用价值。在彻底清创的基础上，应用吻合血管的胖骨或骼骨瓣移植不仅可有效修复长骨骨缺损、控制感染，而且可联合应用骨皮瓣或其它组织瓣移植同时修复软组织缺损，有利于肢体功能的尽早恢复，降低肢体的伤残率与截肢率。
