5-fluorouracil is an effective antitumor chemotherapeutic agent, however, continuous usagecan cause severe side effects, that bring abundant discomfort and pain for the patients.Previous work in our lab determine that calcineurin B subunit (CnB),which is an innovativegenetic engineering antiturnor drug,has a good antitumor effect with low toxicity;CnB can enhance immune functions and has the potential for use as an anticancer drugsoon.
