Background: Lineage specific differentiation of stem cell and cell reprogramming are controlled by both genetic and epigenetic mechanisms.Chromatin regulators play a key role in embryonic development by establishment and maintenance of the epigenetic modification, including histone modifications and DNA methylation, which is central to the genome reprogramming, tissue-specific gene expression and global gene silencing.
