The incidence of kidney cancer has increased, as detected by increased imaging use.Now Partial Nephrectomy was gold standard since it provides an equivalent oncologic outcome and better preservation of long-term renal function.Tae Young Shin et al.had present a new mathematical model so call Resected and ischemic volume(RAIV) and had significant relationship with postoperative renal functional reduction.This time, we present our cases with RAIV evaluation and had modified the mathematical model, so call Percentage resected and ischemic volume(PRAIV) This is a retrospective study of open partial nephrectomy in the Department of Urology, ChinaMedical University Hospital,Taichung,Taiwan from January 2004 to April 2014.

探讨硕通组合硬镜在治疗上尿路结石手术的应用及评估其安全性.回顾性分析2009年10月至2014年7月我院住院的2159例上尿路结石患者,输尿管中段结石471例,输尿管上段结石751例,肾结石937例,所有患者应用硕通组合硬镜在输尿管导管引导下进入患侧输尿管,直视下将硕通镜鞘建立在输尿管结石下方或肾盂位置建立硬性通道,输尿管硬性通道末端连接负压吸引,经硬性通道置入F4.5/6碎石硬镜或者软性输尿管肾
