DDavp is a very useful drug commonly used in treatment of primary monosymptomaticnocturnal enuresis with polyuria.Bed alarm is considered by first-line therapy, but in Korea the prescription rate of alarm therapy is low, on the other hand prescription rate of dDVAP is relatively high Therefore, we want to examine whether DDAVP therapy on the basis of the standard urotherapy is useful as initial therapy, regardless of classification of nocturnal enuresis by initial questionnaire by parents.
