　　Cable structures have importance in many engineering applications such as voltage transmission lines, stay cables and mooring cables.However, owing to their high resistance, overall flexibility and low damping, suspended cables are often susceptible to exhibit large amplitude vibration.Therefore, it is important to investigate the dynamics of cable structures in engineering fields.
