　　I have talked the possibility to partly win the war against cancer many times before.But this time, my talk title is the "possible to partly win the war against cancer".The word possibility changed to possible means that we have more confidence to partly win the war against cancer.This is due to the following events.First, we innovated the Cancer Targeting Gene-Viro-Therapy (CTGVT or OV-gene) which has higher antitumor effect than that of either gene therapy alone or oncolytic viral therapy alone.
