Background Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) can be cured effectively by using radiofrequency ablation, its success rate may reach above 95%.Currently the radiofrequency ablation must be completed with the help of X-ray fluoroscopy (2-dimensional method),which accompanied with radioactive damages for the patients and the operators.Meanwhile,it may increase the incidence of complications and prolong the learning curves of operators.Carto 3 is a new generation of electroanatomical mapping system which is mainly used in catheter ablation to treat complex arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. It was less reported that Carto 3 applied in PSVT radiofrequency ablation. This study aimed to investigate the feasibility and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation of PSVT under the guidance of Carto3 (three-dimensional method).
