This study aims to observe the effect of acupuncture on the small intestinal propulsion rate in the mouse model of constipation and compare acupuncture at single acupoints, acupuncture at two acupoints, and acupuncture at four acupoints in terms of the improvement in small intestinal propulsion rate and to provide an experimental basis for the combination of acupoints in clinical acupuncture.
