The top-bottom and bottom-top heating courses for Liao-He delayed coking furnace radiation chamber were simulated by CFX software and Process Simulation Software(PSS).Some key parameters such as the heat intensity distribution,the residual oil temperature distribution,the outlet reaction depth,the residual residence time and the heat quantity supply for coking reaction were obtained.It was founded that the region easy to coke and the region with high heat intensity can be effectively separated in bottom-top heating course.Therefore the coking rate inner tube can be reduced and the operation period can be prolonged.
