微波法制备纳米LaVO4及其光催化性能研究

  以La(N03)3-6H2O、NH4VO3和柠檬酸为主要原料,采用微波法一步直接成功制备了纳米LaVO4样品。利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、漫反射吸收谱(DRS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段对LaVO4样品进行了表征。
