BiVO4/g-C3N4无机-有机复合光催化剂对草甘膦可见光催化性能研究

采用化学沉淀法和高温煅烧尿素分别制备出钒酸铋(BiVO4)和氮化碳(g-C3N4)，超声辅助法进行不同比例的掺杂合成BiVO4/g-C3N4复合光催化剂。运用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构进行表征。
