采用热压和退火工艺处理经燃烧合成的α-Fe2Si5以制备热电材料β-FeSi2.研究结果表明：尽管Cu元素的掺杂对燃烧合成α-Fe2Si5无明显作用，但在后续对α-Fe2Si5进行退火或热压处理时，由于Cu可降低α-FezSis中的堆垛层错能，加快共析反应α-Fe2Si5→β-FeSi2+Si的速度，可有效提高退火及热压样品中β-FeSi2的含量.
