实时动态环境下颈椎瞬时旋转中心位置的研究

  目的 使用运动捕捉系统(OptiTrack)对下颈椎进行运动学测量,测定实时动态环境下颈椎瞬时旋转中心的位置或移动轨迹。方法 使用2具福尔马林浸泡处理的尸体颈椎标本,保留椎间盘及韧带组织。对C3-C7椎体分别使用不处于同一直线的3枚专用示踪物进行标记。使颈椎做矢状面屈伸运动,运用运动捕捉系统追踪并记录示踪物的运动轨迹,采集帧数为50fps,生成运动记录文件。将带有标记的颈椎标本行CT扫描,所得的图像导入mimics软件,获取每一节段颈椎三维有限元模型,使用计算机将三维模型与运动轨迹记录文件进行匹配,数字化再现颈椎真实运动状态。
