Objective A Surgical Outcome Risk Tool(SORT)reflects the preoperative risk factors,which can be used to predict the short-term mortality after surgery and is closely related to long-term prognosis.

目的 目的 探讨康惠尔透明贴对围手术期胃癌患者预防压疮的临床疗效。方法 方法 选择选取我院2015 年6 月1 日至2016 年6 月1 日于我院胃肠外科行胃癌手术患者，入院评估压疮高危共计120 例，随机分为观察组(应用康惠尔透明贴)和对照组(不应用康惠尔透明贴)各60 例，分析比较两组患者术前基本情况、术中情况、术后恢复情况及压疮发生情况等。
