多学科联合诊疗对于晚期胃肠道间质瘤患者的诊疗意义
目的 探讨多学科联合诊疗对于晚期胃肠道间质瘤患者的诊疗意义。方法 取1 例晚期胃肠道间质瘤的患者(合并肝脏转移及骨转移)，针对病人病史、手术情况、术后病理、术后肝转移、术后肝脏转移，骨转移进行多学科联合诊疗，联合江苏省人民医院，南京市鼓楼医院，上海市仁济医院等医院医师进行会诊，研究并分析患者生存预后，干预措施及治疗过程中可能产生的问题。

康惠尔透明贴对围手术期胃癌患者预防压疮的临床护理研究
目的 目的 探讨康惠尔透明贴对围手术期胃癌患者预防压疮的临床疗效。方法 方法 选择选取我院2015 年6 月1 日至2016 年6 月1 日于我院胃肠外科行胃癌手术患者，入院评估压疮高危共计120 例，随机分为观察组(应用康惠尔透明贴)和对照组(不应用康惠尔透明贴)各60 例，分析比较两组患者术前基本情况、术中情况、术后恢复情况及压疮发生情况等。
