目的探讨多学科联合诊疗对于晚期胃肠道间质瘤患者的诊疗意义。方法取1 例晚期胃肠道间质瘤的患者(合并肝脏转移及骨转移)，针对病人病史、手术情况、术后病理、术后肝转移、术后肝脏转移，骨转移进行多学科联合诊疗，联合江苏省人民医院，南京市鼓楼医院，上海市仁济医院等医院医师进行会诊，研究并分析患者生存预后，干预措施及治疗过程中可能产生的问题。
