目的 本实验通过研究胃癌中组蛋白去甲基化酶JMJD3 在胃癌细胞EMT 介导的增殖，侵袭的意义；进一步研究其潜在调控机制miRNA-138 是否可以在胃癌中直接调控JMJD3 的表达以及其在胃癌增殖，侵袭的功能意义。
目的 胃癌是我国发病率最高、死亡人数最多的恶性消化道肿瘤之一，防治形势严峻，治疗靶点稀缺。我们通过组学分析发现YARS 基因可能与胃癌的发生发展相关，并对其在胃癌中的功能、作用机制和应用潜力进行了探讨。
